1 - Open Gorm.app or Ink.app
2 - Move the application menu so the first few items 
    of the menu are not on the screen.
3 - Click in menu and move mouse to the top 
    of the screen.
4 - Notice, NOTHING happens.  Menu should move down, 
    just as it does
    when the menu is too far to the right/left/bottom.
