I did follow the README.MinGW to the letter, i.e. I ran configure with
the correct parameters, then did make, then make install.
Honestly, I can't see why it should work on your system since ffcall
uses mkdir in its Makefiles, which cannot create a /a/b/c folder if b
doesn't exists.
