Submenus opens at lower left corner

Hi,

Submenus of application menu opens in lower left corner of the screen when 
using right-click menu.

1. Open any application
2. Bring up right-click application menu
3. Go to any submenu item -> it will display the submenu in lower left corner 
of the screen.

This will happen only first time you want to open the submenu. Second time it 
will open where it should.
