Come to think of, the reference index lists Protocols as
<link>(Protocol)</link>
which looks kinda weird. Wouldn't it be possible to instead add
references to Protocols as
<<link>Protocol</link>>
in general? After all, in some cases, you would get
<link><Protocol></link>
which looks kinda weird too.
