Patch for make on OSX

[Pete French]

Attached patch changes the -tradional-cpp flag to -no-cpp-precomp. This
has been tested on all the versions of gcc shipping with OSX - gcc2,
gcc-3.1 and gcc-3.3 and works under all of them.

can someone commit please ?
