The stated workaround was actually the documented procedure for installing 
Gorm.  I added the necessary files and changes to build Gorm in one pass.  You 
still need to install at least GormLib before you can run, but the app should 
now build and link in one step.

Summary:  Gorm first-time compile bug

Original Submission:  When compiling Gorm for the first time, it fails in 
finding
<InterfaceBuilder/xxx.h> header files.
Workaround: cd to GormLib and make install there first
