Summary: NSURL or NSMap/GSIMap segfault bug

Original Submission: Using ludovic's excellent PlopFolio client on a GNUstep
machine results in the following segfault (on MacOS X this program runs
flawlessly.)

It appears that some black magic within GSIMap/NSMap is causing some corruption
along the way.
