This is working as expected. I created a new application, opened the
inspector and clicked on the window. I then changed the width and hit return
and the window exanded, also did the same with height.
You must hit return after entering the value for it to take effect. Simply
tabbing to the next field will not make it change.

inspector your modifications have no effect on the window and are not saved.

The workaround is to resize the window manually. I will look into this
problem.
