Some recfactoring of the custom clas code was necessary to make this work.   
The current implementation is backwards compatible with older .gorm files, of 
course.   Please report any problems to me.

Summary:  Cannot create custom class for NSOutlineView.

Original Submission:  When adding a NSOutlineView attempt to create a subclass 
and assign that subclass as the custom class for the object.   When starting 
the program which this is used in or re-loading into Gorm it will fail.

See bug about NSTableView and NSOutlineView.  This will be addressed when that 
bug is fixed.  Bug #3536
