Yes. Days sometimes. I don't know why - Manuel is the site maintainer
and might know. You can go try going to
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnustep/
which is supposed to feed right off CVS and get updated almost
instantaneously, but now I'm noticing even that takes a while to
propagate.
