Summary:  Timestamp on files off by two hours 

Original Submission:  In GWorkspace's Attributes inspector, the creation time 
of files is always two hours earlier than it actually happened.

I've correctly set my Local Time Zone, so I guess this might be a problem in 
NSWorkspace.
