Summary:  NSSavePanel raises when given selected file

Original Submission:  NSSavePanel (and NSOpenPanel) raises an out of bounds 
exception when it is opened with the same file that

has been previously selected.



Just call runModalForDirectory:file: passing the directory

and file obtained from a previous call to the same method.
