spec said - Returns YES if aRect is equal to or completely encloses bRect , and 
neither aRect nor bRect is "empty". 



NSContainsRect(NSMakeRect(-10,-10,100,100),NSZeroRect)

shows different result on Cocoa and GNUstep.

Please check that if bRect is not empty.
