CVS problem with NSCharacterSets

In CVS most of the charsets are not marked binary, as they should.
This leads to problems, because when I check out
the lowercaseLetterCharSet.dat it is 8193 bytes long instead of
the expected 8192 bytes. This obviously leads to a failure
in the initialization of the characterset and unexpected
exceptions.
