Summary:  fixed gdnc crash in MinGW 

Original Submission:  - disabled secure temporary directories for MinGW (not 
working)
- fixed problems with SOCKET (unsigned in MinGW). This caused the gdnc to crash 
(socket die notification was never sent ...)
- fixed minor bugs in gdomap messages
