Summary:  ffcall library fails for ARM

Original Submission:  This bug is actually in the ffcall library, not in 
GNUstep code.  However it causes GNUstep to always fail on ARM architectures.  
I submitted a patch for this bug to the maintainer of ffcall but it also may be 
of interest to the GNUstep group.
