Fred,

You mentioned that NSPageLayout.m and NSPrintPanel.m both load their 
GORM resources incorrectly.  I'm wondering if I should change them both 
to a more appropriate design by making them controllers, subclasses of 
NSObject, rather than NSPanel.  This is what Apple has done.  Of 
course, I'm not saying this to follow everything that Apple does, but 
it does seem to make more sense.
