Summary:  Drag and Drop does not follow the mouse pointer

Original Submission:  Open Ink.app and AddressManager.app. Type something in 
Ink.app.
Try to drag and drop anything from AddressManager.app into Ink.app.
It always drops at where the insert point (the "I" shape) is before the drag 
and drop starts.
It never follows the mouse pointer and insert point is not updated 
when mouse pointer is over the text in Ink.app (not drop yet).
I report it on maillist before. Just put it in the bug system.
