Tiny problems with installing 1.10

I just try to install base and make 1.10
on my windows computer.  Until now I encountered
two minute problems:

1)  When I used the ftp.easynet.nl mirror via the 
    gnustep web page to dowmload make-1.10 I got
    an incomplete file.  It stopped around 172000 bytes.
    (I can't remember exactly where)


2)  the ffcall-1.10 tar bal contains the ffcall.spec
    file.  This file claims that the ffcall version
    is 1.9.   So someone probably forgot to update
    this version number.
