Originally a tech support request:

1. launch GNUmail 2. open an email with URL in it and
have highlighting of urls enabled
3. go with mouse over it, so the cursor changes
4. scroll with a mouse wheel so URL is not under the mouse
5. the cursor stays as 'hand' for whole application and
for x root window. you have to restart the application
and use xsetroot to change the cursor back to the arrow.
