Summary: EOEntity Attribute Cacheing causes major problems

Original Submission: The cacheing of attributes in EOEntity causes me major
problems (particularly in my model editor) - If you create an entity, add an
attribute, and then rename the attribute, the entities' cached information is
not updated. It's possible to work around it, by removing the attribute first
then re-adding it after performing the rename, but that causes a load of other
potential problems.

I'm also seeing similar behaviour at the EOModel level - create an EOModel, add
an entity, rename the entity, then send -entityNamed: to the model with the new
name for the entity
