Summary:  GSCUPS fails without default printer

Original Submission:  If you don't have a default printer selected in CUPS the 
GSCUPS backend will blowout with a "adding nil to dictionary... blah... 
PrintPrinter."

I guess we need some kind of popup that says:

"Printing Disabled.n
n
Please select a default printer, blah, blah in gnome-cups-manager or whatever 
to print."

And then obviously not crash. :-)
