Summary:  NSNotificationCenter.m (GNUstep) setImmutableInPost returns 
uninitialized value

Original Submission:  The compiler is right when it states that in the 
following function, take from the actual CVS version of NSNotificationCenter.m, 
the returned local variable "old" is never set to any value and thus returned 
uninitialized.

- (BOOL) setImmutableInPost: (BOOL)flag
{
  BOOL  old;

  lockNCTable(TABLE);

  if (self == default_center)
    {
      unlockNCTable(TABLE);
      [NSException raise: NSInvalidArgumentException
                  format: @"Can't change behavior of default center."];
    }
  if (LOCKCOUNT > 1)
    {
      unlockNCTable(TABLE);
      [NSException raise: NSInvalidArgumentException
                format: @"Can't change behavior during post."];
    }

  unlockNCTable(TABLE);
  
  return old;
}
