Summary:  Dragview showing background when dragging object

Original Submission:  The dragview is showing the background behind the window 
when something is dragged from it.   Steps to recreate:

1) Start Gorm (being used as an example here)
2) Select a widget from the palette.
3) Drag it out of the palette.

Result: You should see that an area of the window becomes transparent (see 
dragbug.jpg) for an example.
Expected: The above should not happen.

NOTE:
Also, you must be using the ART backend to see this.  With the xlib backend, 
all I get is a grey square where the transparent part is in the attached pic.
