ProjectCenter 0.4.2 problem with Defaults and creating Applications

I'm having a bit of a problem with 0.4.2, I had 0.4.0 installed previously and
when I uninstalled it and installed 0.4.2, I had to delete the defaults left
behind from 0.4.0 before 0.4.2 would work properly (I was getting NSTask
errors).

Aside from that, if I if I install it as root in the systemwide
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Applications/ directory then attempt to create an
Application project as a regular user, it will not copy the files from
ProjectCenter.app/Resources/ApplicationProject.Bundle/Resources/Main.gorm/
However, it works fine if I compile and install it as a regular user in my 
~/GNUstep/Applications/ directory, using the files from
~/GNUstep/Applications/ProjectCenter.app/Resources/ApplicationProject.Bundle/Resources/Main.gorm/

I'm just starting out, so I really have no idea what I'm doing, or how I can
go about debugging this.  If you need any more information or have things for
me to try, let me know and I'll get back to you.

Oh, and everywhere seems to call this 0.4.1 (the info window, the library
version...) except the ANNOUNCE file.
