That's from a known compiler bug. Although it doesn't look like it will be getting fixed anytime soon, so I'm looking for a work-around for it. Try running startup like this:
./InstallGNUstep --debugalthough mframe.m is already being compiled without optimization, so I'm not sure it will solve anything.
