Details:

Solaris has a /proc filesystem, but it is different than linux.  This patch
implements the NSProcessInfo reading of /proc to get the args and environ.

I don't really understand autoconfigure, and therefore this patch could
probably be better and use a HAVE_PROCFS_H or something instead of trying to
detect the Solaris OS, but I will leave that to others that know what they are
doing.
