[Q] How to resolve this problem in building gnustep-gui?

Hello.

Thanks to help from GNUStep community I could solve a problem in 
building the gnustep-base yesterday.
However I have another problem.

While in building the gnustep-gui..

Making all for service GSspell...
Creating GSspell.service/Resources/Info-gnustep.plist...
objc runtime: cannot find class NSProcessInfo

I tried debugging the source code, make_services.m, the gdb just hung there.
It seems to me that it can't retrieve any valid address of 
[NSProcessInfo ... ] ( I mean the address of the receiver. )
However I am not quite sure.

FYI, I am building this on the cygwin.

I will appreciate any help.
