rpmbuild does not work

rpmbuild does not work |

When I try to build the source rpm files on Fedora Core 4, I get the
following error message
>rpmbuild --rebuild gnustep-back-0.9.4-1.src.rpm
Installing gnustep-back-0.9.4-1.src.rpm
warning: user fedor does not exist - using root
warning: group fedor does not exist - using root
error: Legacy syntax is unsupported: copyright
error: line 21: Unknown tag: Copyright: LGPL
Some initial googling seems to suggest that the Copyright tag is not
supported anymore in rpm 4.0; it's replaced by License
