No, what he meant is that non app based services such as LaTeX, To
Upper/ To Lower, Open URL, etc wouldn't launch automatically. This
have been the case for a while now. I have to start them from the
Window Maker autostart file as a work around. I totally forgot to file
a bug report when I first noticed this.
