Details:

On Solaris, in NSStream I get an error for socklen_t on line 76 for gnustep
base 1.13. I suggset checking and redefining socklen_t with configure
snippets easily found around. A more complete solution would be to define our
own type name and use it accordingly, since some operating systems like irix
define socklen_t but don't use it for network since they use BSD
conventions.
