[bug #17702] Problem with opened submenus and pressing menuitem key

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #17702 (project gnustep):

I've now been able to duplicate this problem intermittently.  It looks to me
like a keyboard focus issue of some sort ... at least, whether the menuitem
key works or not seems to be related to which window I last clicked on.
