Could you explain why this issue is neither a ProjecCenter bug nor a
gnustep-make bug?
I submitted this report as a ProjectCenter bug following Nicola Pero's
opinion:

Though I can understand it's a bug in my GNUmakefiles or in gnustep-make
since I encounter similar issues with projects that don't use ProjectCenter
at all.
