[bug #19209] Can't buid SystemPreferences (svn) under MinGW : directory does not exist

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #19209 (project gnustep):

I got gnustep-make from svn, rebuild base and gui, but nothing changes : the
linrary/dll files are still put in 'PreferencePanes.framework' and they are
still looked for in 'PreferencePanes.framework/Version/Current/...'
