[bug #19301] NSBezierPath not working with art

Follow-up Comment #1:

This was no art specific problem it also showed up when using the xlib
backend. The main reason for it was a partial optimisation done for
NSAffineTransform in base, but not completed for the gui methods of this
class.

I worked around this issue by setting the optimisation to false in all the
gui methods that change the transformation matrix. This restores the drawing
ot the ruler marks for me.
