Details:
See the TestApp submitted with bug report #19350. Using Cairo backend, "Save
View As..." any bitmap format. Then "Load Image..." from the just-saved view.
The image is grabbed from the wrong part of the window. This works correctly
for the art backend.
I have traced this back as far as NSReadRect: in CairoGState.m. I almost had
it fixed until the last svn update. Now, I'll just submit this bug report and
let the author deal with it.
