Follow-up Comment #1:

This can be corrected by using:

defaults write Gorm GormRepairFileOnLoad YES

and letting Gorm correct the inconsistencies in the file.

Don't run with this turn on yes all of the time, since it's not well tested.

The nib that gets created has some issues.  That's separate from this issue
and is being handled in another bug.
