Fail building gnustep-startup-0.20.0

I did this:

sudo ./InstallGNUstep --prefix=/usr/local/GNUstep --ffi=libffi

and the build failed.


Also, for those who don't have '.' in their PATH it might be nice to call

        ./InstallGNUstep

instead of plain

        InstallGNUstep

in the Makefile.


Finally, I was wondering if the gnustep-startup ppackage uses the latest 
patches of the various components.
