Follow-up Comment #2, bug #25079 (project gnustep):
with the latest daily snapshot of core, it works
there was probably something spurious. I found a gpbs.exe inside Local.
I always need to remember to install with GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DOMAIN=SYSTEM
or thngs mess up.
