Follow-up Comment #12, bug #24994 (project gnustep):

You could always create a shell alias ...

alias sysinstall='make install GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DOMAIN=SYSTEM'

Most likely, if you're rebuilding so often, you could use a script.
