Details:

IMO, when you add a new outlet or action, the dummy name of the new item
should be automatically selected for editing so that you can just type the
name you want in.

I know it's a fairly minor irritation, but at present you click the button to
add an outlet, then you have to find the new outlet with the mouse and
double-click it to start typing in the name, and I find that a bit
fiddly/clunky.  Much nicer to click the button then just start typing.
