Details:

I'm now seeing frequent (but intermittent) crashes with a Segmentation fault
in [GSToolTips mouseEntered:] called by a chain of [NSWindow
_checkTrackingRectangles:forEvent:] calls (about 10 of them). Unfortunately, I
haven't been able to pin down the circumstances under which this occurs.
