Follow-up Comment #2, bug #25363 (project gnustep):
I believe the point here is that it should only get called for each
file/directory in the current directory and not the ones beneath it in the
entire tree.

In the docs when and how often the delegate method is called is not defined.
In general we should, whenever possible/easy, make changes to bring GNUstep's
behavior closer to Cocoa when we're made aware of a difference like this.
