[bug #25425] Framework resource loading not functioning properly on ARM

Subject: [bug #25425] Framework resource loading not functioning properly on ARM based Linux

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #25425 (project gnustep):

Could this be due to a limitation in the ARM Linux linker? Can it not handle
dynamic links to libraries?

I also noticed that in the Libraries directory the libs there are copies, not
links, to the ones in the frameworks. This seems to indicate that the linker
can't handle this functionality.

Also... I think that NSBundle should look into the Resources folder at the
top level of the framework bundle instead of looking directly in Versions.
That, I believe, would solve this issue.

Thanks, GC
