[bug #25427] Undefined References building GDL2 on Mingw

Follow-up Comment #5:

i'm going to close this as the original report is fixed,
i've created a new bug for gnustep-make bug #25439 for this,

as a work around you can probably

cd EOControl; make install;
cd ../EOAccess; make install;

then rerun the build process

you may need to do the same for EOInterface/EOModeler libraries
to get DBModeler/GDL2Palette compiled if you are compiling those also.

I believe that will work around the issue, but i'm not very familiar with the
windows linking process.
