[bug #25033] compilation of gnustep-gui-0.14.0 fails on openbsd 4.4 sparc

Follow-up Comment #14, bug #25033 (project gnustep):

Indeed, this parameter: -fconstant-string-class=NSConstantString is not used,
but I guess intentional. when I add it, I get this error:
