Details:

After the fix to https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?26427 , "make
distclean" aborts now before visiting all subdirectories:

rm -rf ./config.h config.status config.log config.cache TAGS config.mak
config.h
Making distclean in Tools...
GNUmakefile:48: ../Source/pathconfig/pathconfig.mak: No such file or
directory
make[1]: *** Keine Regel, um »../Source/pathconfig/pathconfig.mak« zu
erstellen.  Schluss.
make: *** [internal-distclean] Fehler 2

The attached patch fixes this.
