Hi,

I was trying to install GNUstep from theĀ  gnustep-startup-0.22.0 script from within the Cygwin environment in my Win XP machine.
I am getting the following error. Log file is also attached.

Please help me with this as I am an newcomer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GNUstep needs to be installed with root privileges. If you
do not have root privileges, you can also install GNUstep if
you have sudo access or you can install it in your home
directory. If you have no idea what any of this means, you
should choose option two (2) below (or quit (option 9) and read
your computer manual on installing programs as root).

1) I have sudo access in order to install GNUstep
2) I want to install GNUstep in my home directory
3) I know what I'm doing and I don't need special permissions
q) I want to quit and start over.
