Details:

Launhing a built application on windows from the launch panel does not work.

ProjectCenter freezes, the newly launched applicaiton eitehr starts and
freezes or does not start. Upon killing of PC the app finishes to start (this
means that the latest launch changes do indeed launch the correct executable)
