Details:
There seems to be a calculation error somewhere. When I have
NSWindows95InterfaceStyle set and want to go to, let say, the top and click in
that general area the scrollbar doesn't actually jump there. The closest to
the middle of the scroll area the more accuracy... towards the edges it's way
off.
To reproduce just set NSWindows95InterfaceStyle and click away.
